NEW YORK – Regis Philbin and ABC’s exiting soap operas have multiple opportunities to go out as winners at the Daytime Emmy Awards. “All My Children” earned 13 Emmy nods and “One Life to Live” had 12, in nominations announced Wednesday for the June 19 awards show. ABC has canceled the durable soap operas, each on the air for more than 40 years, and their final episodes will be in the coming months
